Analyst, Investment Analytics - Fixed Income

What you will do

• Oversee investment analytics data and daily analytics reports for public and private fixed income instruments.
• Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate end-to-end resolutions across teams.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc fixed income analytics reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Risk, Investment, Compliance, vendor, and other teams on analytics models, data requests, and platform enhancements.
• Analyze benchmark rebalances and support investment strategy and key project initiatives.
• Recommend improved controls and procedures through continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role supporting fixed income analytics.
• Knowledge of investment products and concepts including discounted cash flows, duration, and yield.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI and an open mindset toward applying AI in the work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and Python.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Interest in or progress toward the CFA qualification.
