Information System Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the Risk Management Framework lifecycle across Department of the Air Force Financial Management systems.
• Guide the Authorizing Official, ISSOs, system owners, engineers, and program staff on DoD, federal, and Air Force cybersecurity policies.
• Manage security authorization artifacts, including SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms, and supporting documentation in eMASS and ITIPS.
• Oversee vulnerability and risk management, including findings analysis, mitigation planning, and remediation coordination.
• Prepare risk-informed decision packages for ATO, ATO with Conditions, and Denial decisions.
• Lead cybersecurity governance briefings, verify the security impact of engineering changes, and mentor cybersecurity and engineering personnel.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Secret level.
• DoD 8140 WRC 722 Advanced-level certification required: CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, CISM, GCIH, GICSP, or GSLC.
• Compliance with Air Force cybersecurity directives, including IAVA, TCNO, and NOTAM implementation and verification requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform office and warehouse duties involving standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
