ISSO/Security Documentation Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote; must be able to pass a US Government background check

What you will do

• Categorize systems and select security controls early enough to influence system design.
• Complete ports, protocols, and services registration.
• Initiate privacy impact assessments and system of records determinations for systems handling personal data.
• Write control implementation statements as system work progresses.
• Prepare complete artifact templates and document remaining work for handoff after the engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• CISSP or CGRC certification, satisfying the DoD 8140 Information Assurance Management Level II baseline, plus Security+ CE.
• Experience with the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework, eMASS, control implementation statements, privacy impact assessments, and system of records notices.
• Prior Air Force or Army accreditation package experience, including cloud or SaaS accreditation with controls inherited from the hosting platform.
• Must be able to pass a US Government background check.
