Salary: $77,000 annually for a full-time schedule, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for digital, social, web, print, presentations, and campaigns.
• Translate briefs, content, business objectives, and user requirements into polished visual designs and layouts.
• Apply brand standards, design systems, templates, and reusable components across customer and internal touchpoints.
• Design graphics, mockups, high-fidelity screens, presentations, and visual storytelling materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, UX, content, development, and other stakeholders.
• Use feedback, testing, and data insights to refine designs and prepare production-ready, accessible assets.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design work and individual contributions across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong foundation in typography, color, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
• Early career experience applying brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and reusable components.
• Understanding of user-centered design, usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
• Ability to communicate design rationale, collaborate cross-functionally, and account for technical implementation constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for enterprise, technology, or B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, executive presentations, visual storytelling, or product design environments.
• Exposure to customer insights, testing, or analytics for informing design decisions.
