What you will do

• Conceptualize and deliver graphics for proposals, digital and print communications, websites, and multimedia projects.
• Create animated video series highlighting processes and procedures for office initiatives.
• Provide art direction, brand oversight, design guidance, and strategic project management.
• Collaborate with RDS personnel, faculty, leadership, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, drafts, artwork, production schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop web design tools, research design best practices, and support events and workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of experience in graphic design, web development, print and electronic media, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cooperatively with others.
• Export-control authorization is required before starting employment.
• All positions are security-sensitive and require a criminal history investigation and credential verification.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Adobe Animate.
