Senior Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Location: Remote, Colombia

Salary: USD 1,600–2,000 per month

Personal injury law firm providing legal representation and client support throughout plaintiff injury cases.

What you will do

• Manage an average caseload of 80–120 plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Handle insurance communications, bodily injury claims, and claim progression under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to support timely treatment and resolution.
• Monitor outstanding items, follow up proactively, and work toward settlement and treatment goals.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and current case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Support case-related legal functions and ensure compliance with firm procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• At least 2 years of recent plaintiff personal injury case management experience.
• Experience handling no-fault, bodily injury, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be located in Colombia and work remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience using Litify or Salesforce.
