Lien Resolution Coordinator (Personal Injury)

Location: Remote, with a preferred location in Latin America; position listed in Lima, Peru. Working hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month.

What you will do

• Review case expenses, settlement statements, and financial records.
• Track liens, balances, provider negotiations, and client disbursements.
• Maintain case documentation in CloudLex and shared folders.
• Coordinate payments, invoices, deposits, and wire transfers.
• Identify financial discrepancies and ensure their timely resolution.
• Respond to settlement-related inquiries from attorneys, staff, and vendors.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of settlement coordination experience.
• Knowledge of settlements, liens, and case resolution processes.
• Experience with CloudLex, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability during 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST and observance of US federal holidays.
