What you will do

• Support customers with financial servicing needs through inbound and outbound phone, web chat, and text communications.
• Understand customer situations and recommend suitable company products and repayment solutions.
• Negotiate account resolutions while following FDCPA requirements, state regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer and account-status information and documentation.
• Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to meet individual and team targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to use multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week within operating hours, including at least one Saturday per month, one late Friday, and some extended month-end hours.
• Work in Evansville, Indiana, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, collections, or call-center environments.
• Basic understanding of credit or personal finance concepts.
• Spanish-English bilingual ability.
