Salary: $53,520–$86,790 annually, plus a 7.5%–15% incentive opportunity.

What you will do
- Guide customers through the loan process and product delivery before, during, and after closing.
- Serve as a point of contact across phone, in-person, and digital channels, documenting inquiries and coordinating resolutions.
- Process payments, wire transfers, account changes, overdrafts, and past-due accounts while following fraud-prevention and authorization procedures.
- Coordinate loan applications and operating-line renewals, including entering applications, collecting financial, legal, and identification documents, and obtaining customer signatures.
- Support customer-facing technology, promote products and digital tools, and provide sales assistance and referrals.
- Manage office administration, including invoices, supplies, records retention, vendor work orders, facility requests, and pooled vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
- Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work with customers, prospects, teammates, and visitors across multiple service channels.
- Ability to process financial transactions accurately and handle confidential financial, legal, and identification documentation.
- Ability to work onsite in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, United States.
