Associate, Investment Operations & Business Administration

Location: Miami, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $63,750–$110,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Act as an escalation point for client issues and inquiries.
• Own investment operations processes, projects, and procedures with limited supervision.
• Maintain and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners and coordinate issue resolution.
• Identify operational risks and support committees, senior management, and potentially end clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and potentially oversee a small team as a player/coach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment industry experience in operations, back-office support, financial consulting, or an equivalent area.
• Working knowledge of investment transactions, products, and operational requirements.
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate standard operating procedures and improve business processes.
• Strong communication, accuracy, attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-resolution skills.
• Required FINRA licenses include Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 for the business administration team; Series 7 and 66 plus Life and Health insurance licenses for the operations team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education is preferred.
