Principal Full Stack Engineer (AI Agent Platform)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Flex Work requires at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field.

Base salary: $182,400–$273,600 USD annually for the primary Atlanta location. Additional U.S. locations have a base range of $173,300–$309,600 USD.

What you will do

• Build and deliver full-stack features for AI-agent security, trust, and inspection.
• Develop intuitive frontend experiences and resilient backend services integrated with HR and Finance workflows.
• Own services and product experiences from development through production operations.
• Support agent safety scanning, attestation, observability, and customer-facing agent management.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers, product managers, security partners, and platform teams.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and improve engineering practices across the pod.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years building performant backend services with Java and Spring Boot, Go, Python, or another modern object-oriented language.
• 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development.
• Experience designing full-stack applications end to end.
• Experience with identity federation and standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, or decentralized identifiers.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience building and operating cloud products, preferably on AWS, or on GCP or Azure.
• Familiarity with cryptographic libraries for digital signatures and attestation verification.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in fast-paced agile environments and cross-functional teams.
