Fund Services Plus Senior Associate (Private Equity)

Location: Denver Downtown, United States

Salary: $69,800–$132,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, accounting workpapers, and investor reporting packages.
• Support daily fund administration activities, including cash management, wire setup, management fees, carried interest, waterfall calculations, deal funding, and expense payments.
• Prepare and execute capital calls and distribution calculations through the fund administration technology platform.
• Onboard clients, configure investor records, investments, reports, and the LP reporting portal.
• Maintain investor data and respond to client and limited partner inquiries.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers, and train junior staff after becoming established in the role.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant fund accounting or fund administration experience, preferably with private equity, real estate, or alternative investment funds.
• Ability to interpret and apply the financial and operational terms of private equity Limited Partnership Agreements.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills; experience with Allvue, Investran, eFront, Yardi, or comparable fund accounting platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and influencing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification.
• Experience with Allvue or a comparable fund administration platform.
