Senior Manager, Oracle EPM Platforms (Oracle EPM)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and roadmap for EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Design, build, configure, and troubleshoot EPM Cloud components including Essbase, calculation manager scripts, Groovy business rules, forms, dashboards, and task lists.
• Architect integrations and data pipelines using EPM Automate, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Data Management/FDMEE, and Data Integration.
• Lead concurrent EPM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and the shared backlog of defects and change requests.
• Direct the managed service provider, validate SLAs and deliverables, manage escalations, and drive corrective action.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Controllership, Financial Reporting, and IT leadership on architecture, platform health, risks, and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Must work from Dallas, Texas, United States.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance Systems, IT, or Enterprise Applications, including 4+ years in a hands-on Oracle EPM architect or lead role.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting at least three of EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Experience managing MSPs or outsourced/offshore application support teams against SLAs and coordinating multiple concurrent implementation workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of EPM Automate, REST/SOAP APIs, Groovy, Data Management/FDMEE, Smart View, Essbase, dimensional design, and calculation logic.
• Understanding of FP&A, consolidation, account reconciliation, master data management, and related controls such as SOX, plus strong executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications in Planning, FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS.
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, large, or global enterprise environments.
• Integration experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, or other major ERP platforms.
• SQL or scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, VBScript, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle quarterly readiness and cloud EPM change management practices.
