Compliance Lead Specialist

What you will do

• Manage business partner relationships across sales practices and Distribution Compliance, including status meetings, compliance guidance, and review turnarounds.
• Lead financial promotions approvals for the UCITS fund range and strategy materials across the EMEA region.
• Research regulatory issues and advise internal stakeholders on compliant operations and processes.
• Draft new compliance guidelines and procedures and communicate regulatory changes affecting compliance materials.
• Collaborate with Legal and senior managers to assess new regulations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Deliver compliance training and support global compliance initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to investment management or financial services compliance.
• Experience with financial promotions approvals and general sales-practice compliance.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective cross-functional relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and sound business judgment.
