Senior Manager, Medical Education (Medical Devices)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $124,300–$211,700 annually

What you will do

• Build and lead the medical education function for Interventional Technologies.
• Own physician and hospital staff education programs, including case observation, hands-on simulation labs, proctoring, and preceptorship pathways.
• Establish program infrastructure, CME/CE accreditation processes, grant strategy, compliance systems, and a roadmap for portfolio expansion.
• Identify, contract, and manage faculty and proctors in partnership with Medical Affairs and Legal/Compliance.
• Manage the education budget, CME/IME grant funding, vendors, program ROI, and outcome reporting.
• Partner with Sales Training, Clinical Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance to support procedural competency and compliant programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in medical education, clinical training, or field clinical specialist roles in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience managing physician proctoring, preceptorship, or case observation programs.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, vascular closure, or structural heart.
• Proficiency in curriculum design, hands-on or simulation training facilitation, faculty and proctor network management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and healthcare professional engagement compliance guidelines.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with CME/IME grant processes and accreditation standards.
• Experience in a regulated industry and familiarity with regulatory or legal content review processes.
