Field Service/Start-Up Engineer - ES

What you will do

• Provide technical support during on-site customer visits and resolve equipment issues.
• Install, repair, inspect, and maintain equipment according to company and customer requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities, repairs, and customer communications.
• Train customers in safe equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams on troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Promote safety, quality, risk awareness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.
