Platform Deployment Management Lead (Software)

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead the development and success of software products, features, and platform technologies.
• Drive the product management function and lead cross-functional teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile processes.
• Define product requirements and portfolio strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software engineering on feature ideas, prototypes, and potential solutions.
• Monitor competitive markets, track product metrics, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing collateral.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Experience with product management, software development, project management, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban principles, sprint planning, and project scheduling.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams or projects and solving complex problems.
• Work location: Spring, Texas, United States of America.
