Material Handler - MRO (2nd Shift)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM.

What you will do

• Stage and label received materials in the tool crib.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts, verify quantities, and document or adjust discrepancies in the ERP system.
• Pull and stage materials for manufacturing jobs using bills of materials and work orders.
• Identify material issues and complete stock transfer orders accurately.
• Fulfill urgent material requests and distribute materials to production teams after verifying model numbers and quantities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record all material distribution in the ERP system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with cycle counting, picking and posting, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate powered equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts.
