Finance Leadership Development Program (AI)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, USA; the program is based in Maple Lawn, MD

Salary: $80,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Complete at least three rotational assignments across finance disciplines, including accounting, FP&A, commercial management, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations.
• Support financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Develop knowledge of financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve business and operational performance.
• Build relationships with finance leaders, mentors, and business partners.
• Participate in mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance, leadership potential, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate recommendations, collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience contributing to team projects, case competitions, student organizations, research initiatives, or similar collaborative activities.
• Curiosity and aptitude for using AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, or work experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, or related functions.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting insights.
• Familiarity with financial reporting concepts and business processes.
• Leadership experience through campus activities, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement.
• Interest in a long-term career in corporate finance and financial leadership.
