Senior Global Event Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States. Travel is required for domestic and occasional international events supporting the Americas, EMEA, and other global regions.

Base pay: $128,000–$159,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and execute targeted in-person and virtual customer events that reinforce the brand and value proposition.
• Own end-to-end planning for Americas conferences, sponsorships, customer events, executive programs, and strategic activations.
• Develop event strategies, budgets, timelines, and integrated pre-, during-, and post-event programs.
• Manage logistics, venues, vendors, agencies, sponsorships, contracts, registration, and onsite execution.
• Advise EMEA and APJ teams with global event processes, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Measure event performance and ROI, using insights to optimize the global event portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B event marketing experience supporting high-touch sales motions.
• Proven experience managing events from strategy through execution.
• Strong project management, organizational, budget management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with executives, sales, marketing, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical experience measuring event performance and business impact.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Experience in technology, AI, cloud, data center, or enterprise marketing.
