Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (AI/SaaS)

Location: USA (Remote)

Salary: $190,000–$250,000 cash compensation

What you will do

• Develop forecasting methodology and run regular pipeline and forecast cadences with leadership.
• Own the GTM technology stack, including HubSpot, data enrichment tools, and AI-powered automation.
• Evaluate and implement tools that improve GTM team productivity and growth.
• Design compensation plans with the Chief Revenue Officer and Finance.
• Build territories, account segmentation, quotas, and annual GTM plans.
• Provide authoritative GTM metrics and reporting for executives and board meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy and Operations.
• Experience in a high-growth, VC-backed AI/SaaS startup.
• Experience as the first or an early RevOps hire, building the function from scratch.
• Experience designing and operating GTM compensation plans with sales and finance leadership.
• Experience forecasting enterprise sales with long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Experience owning and implementing a modern, AI-powered GTM technology stack.
