Product Commercialization Coordinator (Gaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate product launch activities, milestones, dependencies, and readiness requirements across multiple projects.
• Create, maintain, and distribute product release communications, launch documentation, and product information.
• Support new market entries by coordinating product readiness activities and required documentation.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Gaming Operations teams to support launches.
• Coordinate testing, communicate results and recommendations, and facilitate discussions to resolve risks and issues.
• Deliver training and product updates, support reporting, and improve processes to reduce launch risk.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program support, product launches, business operations, or related work.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and regulatory approvals.
