Content Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $52,000 CAD base annually plus $13,000 variable compensation; total compensation is $65,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Create original email, social media, blog, and newsletter copy tailored to each client's goals, needs, and voice.
• Refine visual deliverables from freelance creators and interns to meet quality and brand standards.
• Support client requests, including revisions and custom HTML newsletters.
• Use AI-supported tools to streamline content production and increase time available for creative work.
• Manage a high volume of assignments across multiple clients in ClickUp and meet deadlines.
• Research industry news and vertical-specific topics to create timely client content.

Requirements

• At least a couple of years of experience in SMB content marketing and communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for design, particularly social media graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop a deeper understanding of different industries.
• Experience using AI models and tools for content development is an advantage.
• A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
