What you will do

• Develop new client relationships, identify prospects, and create marketing strategies for specific clients.
• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, and treasury management relationships.
• Structure and negotiate complex loan and lease agreements, including pricing, interest rates, and swaps.
• Oversee financing documentation and advise clients on goals-driven wealth management.
• Generate leads through centers of influence and expand the partner network.
• Provide high-level consulting, lead others through complex problems, and help shape strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• Advanced knowledge of banking, competition, and financing.
• Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, sales, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex business challenges, recommend best practices, and influence stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
