Patient Liaison - Mobile Rehab Full Time Days (Healthcare)

Location: 251 E. Huron, Chicago, IL, United States. Full-time day shift; onsite patient and practice operations.

Salary: $18.30–$24.70 per hour

What you will do

• Manage schedules for providers, rooms, equipment, and other practice resources.
• Maintain clinic templates and coordinate care alternatives when schedules change.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and provide information about treatment plans and care requirements.
• Support billing accuracy by resolving errors and denials and obtaining pre-certifications or referrals.
• Collect and analyze data related to physician productivity and resource utilization.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with patients, clinical staff, providers, departments, physician offices, and vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of previous healthcare experience.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to support patient compliance with testing, prescriptions, and prescribed care plans.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with an electronic medical record system.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
