Austin Market President (Banking)

What you will do

• Own all aspects of market performance, including operating income results.
• Lead strategic planning, regional committees, and assigned projects.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and sales strategies for the Regional Banking team.
• Manage, coach, and develop Regional Banking Market Managers or Relationship Managers.
• Deepen customer relationships through the Optimal Client Relationship process.
• Represent Huntington in the local market and lead civic and community activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or another business-focused field, or four years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of eight years of senior-level leadership experience.
• Proven community involvement and networking across centers of influence.
• Experience with financial products, services, and sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels and manage multiple priorities.
