What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines from ERP, MES, supply chain, finance, and other source systems into reporting-ready datasets.
• Document end-to-end data lineage from source systems through transformations to dashboards and reports.
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks for key business metrics.
• Maintain SOX-compliant data processes, including change management, access controls, audit trails, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business functions to translate processes into reliable data solutions.
• Manage work in Jira and follow version-control practices in Git while resolving data-quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Foundational Python and pandas skills for data manipulation.
• Strong baseline SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and standard transformations.
• Understanding of data modeling, data lineage, and data-quality assurance methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory accounting workflows.
• Exposure to ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Awareness of SOX compliance, internal controls, or audit preparation.
