Focus on designing AWS networking and IAM, implementing policy-driven infrastructure delivery, developing self-service platform capabilities, and troubleshooting production incidents during on-call rotations.

What you will do
- Design and evolve multi-region AWS cloud architecture, including networking, interconnects, IAM, and high-availability topology.
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines for Terraform and infrastructure changes, including policy guardrails, drift detection, testing, and progressive rollouts.
- Develop self-service platform capabilities and paved paths for engineering teams.
- Strengthen observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
- Design and develop internal AI agents that improve R&D productivity while maintaining security.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with exposure to cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure; experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD and GitHub or a similar platform.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience developing internal agents, such as developer or DevOps agents.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; English proficiency required.
