Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation for deploying large-scale enterprise applications, AI/ML workloads, and pipelines.
• Own CI/CD processes for cloud and AI products, including release management, build management, versioning, and automation.
• Architect, deploy, and operate AI infrastructure using Amazon Bedrock, model endpoints, and inference pipelines.
• Use AI tools and agents for coding, automation, troubleshooting, and reducing operational toil.
• Investigate production outages and anomalies, document resolutions, and maintain architecture diagrams, system designs, runbooks, and a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Architecture, SREs, DevOps Engineers, and developers while participating in an on-call rotation supporting a 99.95% uptime SLO.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with AWS and complex infrastructure.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating AI/ML systems in production, including reliability, cost, security, and scalability considerations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and the AWS AI/ML stack, including SageMaker and vector databases.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS, networking, containerization, Linux administration, and high-availability production systems.
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or CloudFormation, and CI tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, plus the ability to guide the team on DevOps, AI infrastructure, and AI-augmented workflows.
