DevOps Team Lead (AI)

Location: Tel-Aviv District, Israel; hybrid with 3 days from home

What you will do

• Build and lead a DevOps team focused on ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Lead the planning, technical decisions, execution, and outcomes of large-scale cloud infrastructure projects.
• Modernize CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring, and other DevOps practices across the R&D organization.
• Use AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to improve R&D efficiency.
• Design and maintain cloud environments with Infrastructure as Code.
• Operate and evolve environments based mainly on AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, Node, and Golang.

Requirements

• Proven success managing DevOps teams in hyper-growth technology companies.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS or GCP production environments at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and large-scale production and development environments.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience developing backend microservices and APIs.
• Proactive approach and motivation to build new systems and practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-region or multi-cloud deployments.
• Experience applying AI extensively across the DevOps lifecycle.
