B2B Digital Marketing Internship

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany; hybrid setup with up to two work-from-home days per week

hirify.global operates a hotel metasearch platform that compares prices from major booking sites and helps travelers find suitable hotels.

What you will do

• Support the planning, creation, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and email communications for independent hotels.
• Build and adapt responsive HTML and CSS email templates using the design-system component library.
• Maintain and improve multilingual marketing templates and creative assets.
• Analyze campaign data and reporting to track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform quality assurance by testing campaigns across devices, checking translations, and validating tracking links.
• Help refine AI-assisted marketing workflows using Cursor and Claude.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Digital Business, Media Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Confident HTML and CSS skills, with enough JavaScript knowledge to debug issues.
• Confident English communication skills are required; English is the company language.
• Curiosity, a learning mindset, resilience, and a performance-oriented approach.
• Interest in AI tools and automation, including Claude and Cursor.
• A valid work permit authorizing employment in Germany is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email and digital marketing platforms.
• Previously built marketing campaigns or templates through freelance work, an agency, side projects, or student initiatives.
• Experience building an AI solution used by others.
