Enterprise Sales Director (Cross-Border Payments)

Location: United States; fully remote

Salary: USD $150,000–$250,000 base, plus revenue share and equity.

What you will do

• Own and exceed a quarterly revenue target from day one.
• Source and close new enterprise accounts through an existing payments network.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through contract execution.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and payments decision-makers.
• Represent the business at industry events across the United States.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and work fully remotely.
• 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience with acquirers, issuers, card networks, or cross-border payments.
• Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong new-business development and hunting mindset.
