Sr. Finance Manager - CEMEA COE Cost of Volume Planning (AI) (Financial Planning/Fintech): Leading regional Cost of Volume forecasting, baseline development, governance, reporting, and planning cycle execution with an accent on AI-driven reforecasting, pricing analysis, data quality, and risk management. Focus on validating allocations and forecasting assumptions, coordinating local overlays and submissions, and improving planning methodologies, automation, and financial systems.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Own regional Cost of Volume baselines, AI-driven reforecasting, assumptions, discounts, waivers, and exceptions.
- Support pricing and baseline reviews by assessing commercial impacts, market dynamics, and Cost of Volume drivers.
- Validate allocations, mappings, hedging logic, data quality, and alignment with global methodologies.
- Coordinate forecast updates, quality reviews, local overlays, variance analysis, and submission readiness.
- Prepare monthly close and outlook reporting, including commentary on performance, risks, and baseline changes.
- Lead regional Cost of Volume transformation initiatives with FP&A, CoE Global, FSS, DSG, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
- Preferred: 9+ years with a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
- At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, methodologies, tools, technologies, and data sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder partnership, and process improvement skills.
- Experience in financial services, advanced forecasting, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and financial planning system optimization.
