What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and build relationships with fitness professionals, UGC creators, and lifestyle influencers.
• Manage creator outreach, sourcing, collaboration negotiations, and contracts.
• Develop UGC briefs, moodboards, scripts, hooks, and calls to action for sportswear usage, workouts, styling, and visual aesthetics.
• Execute influencer campaigns across Instagram and TikTok and evaluate their effectiveness using performance metrics.
• Monitor trends, viral formats, and best practices in health, wellness, fashion, and athleisure to improve campaign concepts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or UGC, with a strong focus on content and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with creator outreach, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience executing influencer campaigns and measuring results on Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of either fitness and wellness or fashion and styling.
• Fluent English proficiency required.

• Experience with the US market.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as ShopMy.
