Global Key Account Manager (Affiliate Marketing): Managing and growing affiliate programmes and advertiser account portfolios across retail, travel, and other verticals with an accent on client strategy, performance reporting, and publisher relationship management. Focus on optimizing affiliate activities, building account roadmaps, resolving complex escalations, and translating business needs into measurable actions.
Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, with attendance three days per week

What you will do
- Manage and grow portfolios of affiliate programme accounts across sectors such as retail and travel.
- Build client relationships through proactive consultative selling and strategic advice.
- Manage client budgets, service-level delivery, performance reports, affiliate optimization, and account roadmaps.
- Maintain publisher relationships and drive affiliate revenue growth.
- Handle conflicts and escalations, support internal projects, and contribute to new-business pitches.
- Attend company and industry events and monitor local market trends.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in performance marketing.
- Fluent Swedish or Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Reporting Services.
- Strong user skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-focused, consultative, persuasive, analytical, and structured working style.
- Strong conflict management, problem-solving, stress-resistance, and self-management skills.
