What you will do

• Measure, stage, charge, mix, and process raw materials, chemicals, and additives according to batch sheets and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, reactors, pumps, scales, and related processing equipment.
• Adjust process parameters such as speed, temperature, time, viscosity, pH, and weight to meet product specifications.
• Perform equipment inspections, cleaning, changeovers, basic maintenance coordination, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Conduct in-process checks, collect samples, perform quality testing, and document production data accurately.
• Follow chemical handling, PPE, environmental, housekeeping, and incident-reporting requirements while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Chemical Operator Certification 1 and 2, or comparable technical training or manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, batch processing, or automated systems.
• Experience with GMP, ISO, Kosher, Halal, and NSF quality standards.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, emergency situations, elevated areas, confined spaces, and physically demanding production environments.
