Technical Solutions Analyst (SQL)

Location: Remote, Nevada; applicants must reside in Nevada. Consistent availability during Pacific Time Zone hours is preferred.

Salary: $86,600–$112,500 per year, plus potential bonus, commission, and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Resolve highly complex, sensitive, and visible customer technical issues as the final escalation point.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications, relational databases, networking protocols, APIs, Java, Linux, and enterprise technologies.
• Support customers during pre- and post-implementation phases and ensure technical readiness and continuity of support.
• Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to communicate customer needs and develop scalable support standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less senior support staff while managing Tier 2 escalations.
• Maintain knowledge-base documentation, virtual environments, databases, shared instances, and rotational on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Must reside in Nevada.
• 6+ years of experience in technical support, application troubleshooting, or systems engineering in a customer-facing or enterprise environment.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, including troubleshooting applications connected to databases, XML sources, and high-volume web services.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services, Oracle and SAP environments, Linux/Unix, shell programming, FTP scripting, and scheduling tools.
• Strong networking, debugging, analytical, creative problem-solving, and customer escalation management skills.
• A relevant STEM master's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience is accepted.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP NetWeaver, integration technology, ABAP web services, and SAP Mobility platforms.
• Experience with Big Data and Fast Data application environments.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Operations practices.
• Experience with VM environments, NAS, mainframe systems, TWS or ECG, ERP tax integration, or enterprise software implementations.
