What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, libraries, utilities, and reusable components.
• Build functional, integration, regression, API, and system-level test suites for SaaS applications, services, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Use AI coding assistants and agents for code analysis, test generation, debugging, and automation development, then validate the generated results through engineering practices.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, runners, build systems, deployment infrastructure, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot application, environment, automation, and production issues using logs, metrics, traces, database queries, and code-level debugging.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, DevOps, operations, and QA teams to improve coverage, testability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, SDET, DevTest, or QA automation experience with strong hands-on programming skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Programming experience in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Experience building automation frameworks, test libraries, reusable components, and infrastructure for APIs, backend services, web applications, distributed systems, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, debugging, databases, version control, and test automation principles.
• Ability to independently expand automated coverage, analyze existing codebases, use AI-assisted development tools, and support production issue reproduction outside standard working hours when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, IT management, cybersecurity, endpoint management, RMM, or other complex software platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, pytest, JUnit, TestNG, or comparable technologies.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, service virtualization, contract testing, or distributed-system testing.
• Knowledge of application security, scalability, reliability, observability, and large-scale automation design.
