Technical Account Manager

Location: Remote, United Kingdom. Applicants permanently located outside the United Kingdom may be declined. The role includes onsite knowledge transfer and overnight business travel, with travel expected at 50% or more.

What you will do

• Plan, architect, coordinate, and manage professional services engagements for hirify.global availability solutions.
• Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work, project plans, schedules, communication plans, resource plans, and status updates.
• Assess, design, estimate, implement, and optimize data protection and monitoring solutions.
• Analyze installed environments, document configurations and completed activities, and address post-installation issues.
• Create white papers, solution guides, best practices, and custom documentation.
• Facilitate communication between clients and hirify.global support, identify additional solution needs, and deliver onsite knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent experience.
• PRINCE2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global core products, consulting, project management, virtualization, storage, backup architectures, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with data management, data protection, data analytics, data centers, business continuity, and operating systems.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
