Manager, Technology Delivery (ADO/DevOps) - Remote

Salary: $117,000–$152,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop an agile software development team.
• Define project requirements, scope, timelines, plans, and resource allocation with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on software architecture, coding standards, troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance.
• Ensure delivery standards for software quality, performance, reliability, and compliance with development processes.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and monitor delivery progress.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, metrics, process optimization, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, management information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least seven years of experience in software development or as a developer subject matter expert.
• Prior experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• At least three years of resource management experience.
• At least five years in a senior or subject matter expert position.
• Experience coaching and guiding Agile Scrum teams.
