Senior Project Manager (Clinical Project Management)

Location: Remote in Poland, with locations listed as Warsaw and Gdansk; willingness to travel approximately 25% is required.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day project and programme management activities.
• Develop and execute project plans to achieve defined goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through project implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Develop project documentation and reports, and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive project management experience leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
