Senior Executive, Creator Marketing

Location: Hybrid role based at GSIQ in Solihull, UK, with attendance required at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 creator and athlete relationships across the region.
• Build partnership roadmaps, monitor renewals and performance, and manage relationship risks.
• Lead creator recruitment initiatives and maintain a pipeline of emerging talent.
• Plan and deliver creator marketing campaigns, activations, shoots, and related workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and produce accurate campaign and partnership reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and promote consistent standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing creator, influencer, athlete, or talent partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence evaluating opportunities, costs, and partnership performance.
• Experience managing campaign execution and delivering multiple workstreams on time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed approach.
• Interest in creator marketing, social platforms, emerging talent, and cultural trends, with mentoring and leadership qualities.
