What you will do
- Identify and select influencers aligned with client audiences and campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns in coordination with creators, internal teams, agencies, and clients.
- Oversee branded content creation and delivery, including brand guideline compliance.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Mentor Associate-level team members and support the growth of 's influencer and creator marketing discipline.
Requirements
- Experience in influencer and branded content marketing, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in content creation, influencer marketing strategy, and partnership development.
- Experience with contract review, proposal development, project implementation, and campaign execution.
- Strong presentation, communication, reporting, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of advertising standards, client service, influencer management dashboards, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Curiosity, adaptability, customer focus, and people-focused leadership.
