Director Program Management

What you will do

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement program management strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage program budgets, resources, deliverables, and operational targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain program alignment and successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining proactive risk management practices.
• Define program KPIs, support data-driven decisions, and oversee quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 4 years in a similar role.
• Proven program and project management experience.
• Proficiency in program planning, execution, and team leadership.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
