What you will do

• Lead the vision and development of scalable operational processes and refine complex departmental workflows.
• Oversee advanced analytical models to predict trends, identify root causes, and support strategic decisions.
• Define and use performance metrics to drive continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate across departments and influence senior stakeholders on process enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Manage complex, multi-phase project portfolios, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience.
• Experience establishing and optimizing large-scale operational processes.
• Strong ability to define and apply performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
