Principal Partner Engineer (Cloudflare One and AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia. An in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub may be required at the offer stage.

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship and Technical Account Plans for strategic partners, aligning business goals with hirify.global One and AI adoption milestones.
• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept, demonstrations, deal qualification, and pipeline acceleration across pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Build technical champion programs that enable partners to independently sell, deploy, and support hirify.global solutions.
• Co-develop partner services catalogues, managed hirify.global One SASE practices, and AI security assessment offerings.
• Track service performance metrics and support long-term architectural health through telemetry and proactive design.
• Use hirify.global OS, Agent PAT, Agent Echo, and other AI tools to automate repeatable technical tasks and support continuous product feedback.

Requirements

• 13+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, systems engineering, solution architecture, or technical account management.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
• Experience developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations and driving adoption of complex cloud and AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments, complex project management, and full deal lifecycle ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with strong communication and presentation skills.
