Product Manager (iGaming)

Location: St Julians, Malta; full-time remote

What you will do

• Develop and communicate the short- and long-term product vision and strategy for the CORG commercial proposition.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive traffic, affiliate revenue, and user engagement.
• Work with engineering, design, and delivery functions to launch frequent, high-quality product updates.
• Research competitors, identify market gaps, and lead innovation for the flagship iGaming website.
• Optimize site navigation, layout, and content to improve user experience and conversion rates for affiliate partners.
• Present product performance, roadmaps, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrable product management experience in the iGaming sector.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and delivery functions.
