What you will do

• Act as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple enterprise clients.
• Lead customers through transformational journeys adopting Databricks solutions.
• Implement and align technical strategies within accounts.
• Build and mentor technical champions inside client organizations.
• Collaborate closely with business partners and lead initiatives like webinars and workshops.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City or Monterrey, Mexico.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and establishing virtual customer collaboration.
• Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to influence executives and drive data-driven business transformation.
• Up to 50% travel within LATAM required.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
