Accounting Manager

Location: On-site in Monterrey/Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage daily accounting and accounts payable operations, maintaining strong internal controls and efficient processes.
• Coach and develop accounting team members while fostering accountability, growth, and high performance.
• Oversee fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight, and cash activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Lead responses to external audits and coordinate information requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; CPA certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience and 5+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Oracle G/L or a similar system is a plus.
