Accountant Analyst

What you will do

• Support daily operational accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaid assets, depreciation, and payroll.
• Process intercompany invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and postings.
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, general ledger closing, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with tax information, VAT refund processes, and internal and external auditor requests.
• Create and maintain vendors in financial systems and process invoices through payment, reconciliation, and vendor support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, including monthly close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ERP applications including SAP ECC.
• Strong accuracy, organization, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with US corporations or the entertainment industry.
• International accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
